Sega Genesis games and a specific PS1 game not importing into Launchbox correctly

Good hello! I apologize if this is not the correct place to ask about this, I am new here and to this program.

 

I have successfully imported games to Launchbox for NES, SNES, N64, Gamecube, PS1, PS2, Gameboy, and GBA, but for whatever reason, Genesis games are not importing correctly. When I try to import them into Launchbox, they get sorted into the PS1 category, have no art assets, and will not run - even if I specify that they are Genesis games when importing. Is it possibly an issue with the folder name I've used to store Genesis games? I've tried renaming the folder Genesis, Sega, Sega Genesis, and I think a couple other things, but nothing has gotten them to import correctly.

 

Additionally, the PS1 game Misadventures of Tron Bonne specifically is not working in Launchbox. Every other PS1 game I have tried to play has worked fine, including other multi-disc games. I'm not sure why this one specific game is not working. When I import it, it correctly gets sorted into the PS1 category with art and all, but it simply won't launch when I hit the Play button in Launchbox. 

 

Does anyone have any idea why these issues might be occurring? I have tried to troubleshoot this myself for quite a while, but to no avail.
