Is https://gamesdb.launchbox-app.com/ down for everyone, or just me?

I keep running into errors when I try to download media within Launchbox. When I try to just go to the site directly (https://gamesdb.launchbox-app.com/) I get the following message: 

 

This site can’t be reached

gamesdb.launchbox-app.com took too long to respond.

Try:

• Checking the connection
• Checking the proxy and the firewall

ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

 

It's been this way for about a week! 

Any help will be appreciated. I reckon it's a "me" issue ... but I don't know how to resolve it.

Works fine in US and tried VPN from UK and works there as well. Seems weird that can log into forum which has same base domain.

Right ?? that's what's so wacky to me too ... 

I think it's a "me" issue ... oh well
