Paid Remote Support Needed for Commercial Game Trailer (LaunchBox/Big Box)

Hello,

 

I own a commercial video game trailer in the Charlotte, NC area and am looking for an experienced LaunchBox/Big Box technician who provides paid remote support.

 

Current issues include:

 

PS2/ps3, arcade games showing "Emulator Not Found" or similar errors

Some games not launching properly

Need verification that all emulator paths are configured correctly

Want all emulators tested and updated as needed

Would like a complete backup created in case of future failures

Looking for recommendations to improve overall system stability

 

System includes:

 

LaunchBox / Big Box frontend

Multiple gaming stations in a commercial trailer

Arcade and console emulation

Used for paid events, so reliability is very important

 

What I'm looking for:

 

Remote troubleshooting and repair

Testing of all game systems

Documentation of any changes made

Backup/recovery plan

Availability for future support if needed

Probably want to email support@unbrokensoftware.com. You just admitted you're using your license in a way the standard LB doesn't allow for. Not to mention I don't know of any country where what you're doing is legal anyway. You can't emulate legally unless you own the game and typically those games too are sold as non-commercial licenses. Sounds like you bought a bunch of sketchy arse hard drives from some where for this endeavor and they were set up incorrectly.
