Retro Achivements Environment are not shown for some games

The first image is how a correct game with retro achivements must be shown, the second is how some games are shown. What is the problem for some games not showing retro achivements progress in game description since they have retro achievements entrance and the correct rom file?

I can't attest to the other moderators or the LaunchBox staff, but myself, I don't use RetroAchievements.

That said, I do know there is this article. But alas, I've never really read through it. But hopefully there's something in there that can help.

Thanks for the answer, I tryed a bunch of things in this article and I found a solution when I change the rom by .cue to .bin.

If someone is having this problem try change the main rom file (maybe a new one solve this) and search again for Achivements on the plataform.
