My Launchbox software got F’d up

Hey this is Alex

I’ve had two Launchboxes, I dropped and broke the first one. I bought another, this one has Retrobat and Playnite, the 3TB model . After allowing access to private and public networks while playing RDR 2, my Launchbox app froze, and now it won’t start on my Windows 10 or 11 PC. I’m computer literate definitely so if you can describe where to begin and what to do that would be great

 

Also, I installed an Xbox and Xbox 360 emulator and those won’t start, and none of the PS1 games will start. I had the PS1 games problem with my first order. I guess that’s a discussion for when I get the software running again. If someone could walk me through this I’d be very thankful

Lesson learned. Never buy preinstalled games and emulators.
