Special T Posted Monday at 02:55 PM Posted Monday at 02:55 PM Hello I have hopefully an easy question regarding how to detect newly added roms without having to manually add them into LaunchBox one by one. Here's an example of one of my systems Sega CD/_Hacks Sega CD/_T-En Sega CD/Aftermarket Sega CD/Other Regions Sega CD/Prototypes Sega CD/USA I tried adding a few new CHD files into each of the folders then clicked on Tools -> Scan -> Added roms in any platform... however it only detected one new roms. Is there something else I need to do in order for LaunchBox to see the other roms I added? Thank you Quote
Special T Posted Wednesday at 08:27 PM Author Posted Wednesday at 08:27 PM I'm still having issues with this. Does anyone know if LaunchBox has certain rules where it will ignore games or folders based on certain conditions? Also, some more background about how I set this system up. All my games were split up like how I mentioned in my previous post. When I imported the system for the first time, I was using the base "Sega CD" folder so all the games in all the sub folders got added at the same time. I then created playlists based on the folder names. I've used this same import process and folder structure for my other platforms although they're all cartridge based and it detects new games when I added them after I run a scan but it's not working correctly with the Sega CD games for some reason. Is it because they are in CHD format or is there some other issue? If I need to post more information, I'd be happy to do that. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you Quote
