Emailed support@unbrokensoftware.com but have not heard back. Figured maybe someone would know the answer here. I get this error when I activated I requested a new key and still get the same results. The error I get is Error code Xxxxx

The error indicates something is up with your license file.

Only support@unbrokensoftware.com can help you with this.  Give a little time for them to reply.  May also check your spam folder in case it got placed into there.
