My BIGBOX won't change THEMES!

I bought the license and updated BIGBOX and now my BIGBOX will not change themes and my LAUNCHBOX will not play my commercials!!??? Can anyone help me figure this out.... i would greatly appreciate it

So, when you go into System Menu < Manage Themes and select Installed, then select the theme you want and then Apply as Main Theme, did you select Yes to apply the theme to all platforms?

When you're back at your main view, are you in the Game Discovery Center (as depicted by the word Discover in the upper left corner)?  If yes, this is possibly because not many (if any) themes have created their own view for the Discovery Center.  So the Default theme's Discover view will show.

Try going to System Menu < View Platforms and then see if you can see the theme you selected.

Not sure what you mean here.  Did you import videos of tv commercials into your collection? Did you add an emulator that points to a video player (e.g. VLC) and assign it to those "games"?

Maybe share a screenshot of what you're referring to, specifically.
