Have dual monitor setup, startup screen opens on wrong monitor

I have a laptop hooked up to big screen TV, the TV is set as the #1 monitor and primary, all of my games and my Launchbox come up on the TV monitor. However the startup screen comes up on the laptop monitor. I'm not sure how to fix it.

I found an old post on these forums and was able to fix it by changing the monitor # in Big Box

However another minor issue, after startup screen runs out of time the screen just turns black, and I have to click on the screen to see the game? Is that normal?
