Big Box View Leader Boards/High Scores Missing

Hello,

I seem to be missing the High Scores and Leaderboards when I am in Big Box for games. It seemed to happen after I upgraded to 14.1. I used to be able to see them previously within Big Box but now they are gone. I checked a bunch of games and none are showing any options for viewing scores.

Am I doing something wrong or not enabled?

It's possibly this:

• Improvement: LaunchBox Games Database features now use Unbroken Account sign-in through your web browser for cloud sync, ratings, and MAME high scores; you will need to reconnect your account once after upgrading

From LB -> Cloud -> Connect to Unbroken Account, then complete the browser sign-in. If it already shows you as connected, disconnect and reconnect.

So it does work when I am in Launchbox. I can see High Scores and I can see Leaderboards. I also did reconnect to the Unbroken Account. It just does not show the option to View High Score when I am in Big Box. I even checked to make sure the option was selected. Is there maybe something cached?

Below Video and above Achievements. Or does it go straight from Video to Achievements?

 

What BB theme are you using?  If it's not the Default theme, try it and see if anything changes.

Thanks for details but still not showing. I tried default theme and some others. As you can see in the screenshots it shows High Score in Launchbox but not in Big Box and it is enabled. It all worked in the previous version so wonder if something got corrupt.

Found one more 'straw'.  Is Game Pulse enabled?

(in LaunchBox) Tools < Manage < Plugins...

That was not installed. I installed it and now it works!! Thanks!!
