TG 16 Arcade Marquee 1.0.0

Here is a collection of a little over 100 arcade marquees for the turbo grafx 16.  The marquees out there were a little cluttered for my tase and didn't highlight the game enough.  This is my first attempt at making some marquees so they're a little basic.  I think they came out okay, but I'll need to go back and update them at somepoint as many of them have compression artifacts.  Regardless, it's nice to have some alternatives, and overall I think they look okay.,
