Hi everyone. I have a solution and a possible cause. 1st off, it seems to be start after a recent windows 10 update. Second, if you switch your settings to not use vlc, the problems will stop. EXCEPT if you have a startup video. If you do, turn it off. It seems like the startup video must use vlc, regardless of the setting. Hopefully this will be fixed in a future update of Launchbox/Bigbox.

I started getting a similar error last night. Hitting enter a couple of times works. I have the Bigbox pinned to Taskbar. That launches fine.

How do we get this update? Usually the update come after the machine has been on for 5 to 10 minutes. The machines have been on for 2 hours. No update.
