So, as an experiment, I wanted to see if I could put together the perfect artwork of an old game. High resolution so it could be perfectly printed etc. I've done a version of Speed Ball 2 in the past, but it was a touch rough around the edges. Anyway, here is my process in stages and the final results.

If you put the right kind of image in its a bit crazy good. But you only get what you put in really. The cleaner the source the better the results. We also need to careful people just don't upscale rough artwork and overlay original scans in the database.
