I tried to play around with the xaml Files, but.. no way! ? i can´t even do simple things like "copy gif from theme A to theme B" and i dont know anything about the coding, except there are heights widghts and paths? Unfortunately, i have to stick to the standard themes. I don´t want to use this plugins because i dont know whether it works properly in the long run.

sry my english is not the best. I need the path in the explorer to find where the images are in, i want to change. What i also considered is to test the super pause menue(from the third party apps). It looks a bit easier and faster to implement, but i hope i dont break anything by doing this.

ok. But is it possible to add in my background picture from the start up theme, the controllers and change it with the original background? If so, how can i find them? This is a great pause theme, and there are the controll Images i could add.

Hello everyone, i´m open for a new project and now, i want to make it easy for others (multiplayer games) to understand how the buttons work in the picked emulator. I have found a startup theme here, that looks really cool. I know there are pause themes that can show the mapping, too. Does anyone have a idea how to make it simple and easy for other people on multiplayer games? I have made an example below for a startup theme. Is there a simple way to get this Controller Images in the theme for every emulator? Maybe the gamelogo and "loading..." higher and delete the floppy disk? Thank you in Advance!

For everyone who´s interested or have the same problems: The problem comes indeed from the seperate software "xpadder". The program causes the double input, altough only two buttons have been mapped! DS4Windows is no problem with BB. So, i also had the problem with BB that i can't bind button "7+8", called the "menue" + "map"-Button (picture above, Buttons 6+7). The solution is also very simple, but you have to figure it out first? Normally, you have to press the two buttons at the same time and then it works. Very fast, very easy. By these buttons, you have to press it waaaaaay longer and you have to try it very often. If it shows the buttons in Bigbox, then it works with no problems? Thanks to everyone who wanted to help and who contributed their ideas!

Unfortunately, i have to live with this. I dont want to set up my whole system from the bottom up. Hopefully, microsoft fix this with a update or new drivers for win 11.. Thank you very much for your help faeran! If you have any other ideas, please contact me!

Wow, you have a lot of devices? From the first look, the harmony app looks great, but the hub is very expensive. Edit: I tried the android app "anymote", but i couldn't get the connection with fire tv to work.

Yes, the option is definetly unchecked. The file mentioned above include the setting, right? And there are no other files?! Strange. Thats the Microsoft original driver and no other programs have this problem. I googled about this issue, but there is nothing to find except of pairing problems. I hope there is somebody with the same controllers who has no problems or can help.. What i dont understand.. why can a xbox 360 controller be fully mapped, while a xbox one controller can't? I thought they have the same drivers in Windows device mgr? You mentioned above that you have a 360. Wired or wireless? If it's wireless and with adaptor, could you tell me your drivers?

I've tested the relation between the controller and BigBox on another pc. There is no double input! I have connected only one controller. The adaptor has the compatibility to connect 4 or more. In the windows device mgr of the "double input pc", i have two xbox one controllers. In the device mgr "without double input pc" logically i have only one. So BigBox has the serious problem to not distinguish between the two drivers for one Controller and that causes the doubleinput problem!? And now, i don't know how to solve that problem.. i don't want to buy a second expensive adaptor or an extra controller. There are no problems in any emulation software except of the game"splitwolf" ("sdl2" input or so). The mapping combo does not work either from the new or old tested system. The buttons only works separate or with another combo.

Mhh.. i can tell you all my pc specs, but i doubt this can help you find something? Yes, original controller with microsoft orig. adaptor. Have you made any settings in the xbox- or other apps for your 360? It is crazy. Because the "3" or "6" are working with other buttons as a combo. The Xbox "X" also don't work, but i already know that the button is not (or not anymore) supported on win10. Ok, thats a good idea, but it will take some time because i still have to work. If i bought the licence, can i make two instances of BB on different pc's? Thank you for now!

Thank you faeran for your input! But nothing seems to work. The BigBox specific controller options are the same as in launchbox. I have tested to check and uncheck "use game controller". The Strange thing that happens is that buttons "3" and "6" cant be mapped as a combo in the option "close active window" (see image below) I removed that file, but i have the same problem. I saw an other .xml for controllers, should i delete this to test?

Sry for doubleposting.. but are there no more Ideas?! It's not int the platform or game selection, only in the BigBox Settings menue.

@Rlad Thank you for your response. I dont think that the stick can pair with the xbox controller only to send "a package" to wake up? Do you have any experience with it? @neil9000 I have a microsoft mouse and keyboard, wireless with a stick plugged in. I can wake up my pc, with both. So the mouse and keyboard are paired with the stick and the pc can get "packages" or a signal. I think its a problem of the xbox adapter himself, so that it can not be paired without a software. Sadly. @c-beats Yes, i think i have to look for an other solution like apps. I hope anyone here have the experience with this kind of app (android). Unfortunately, i am really unsure about a few apps especially because of Wol.

Ok thank you for your idea! But i can already turn my computer on per app via WOL. So i don't need this step anymore or have i misunderstood you? I dont need bluetooth, because i already can start it via wlan. My problem is: If i can NOT start the pc with the Xbox One wireless adapter per WOL, i can start my pc via WOL app. BUT is there an app with which I can operate Wol AND the amazon Fire tv? Or is there some kind of adapter for the pc or tv that could make my life easier (so that the controller work after all)? I want to turn on my pc without standing up and push the power button. The TV already starts automatically with the Pulse 8 adapter. But i also want to stream on Fire TV Stick with the same TV. Now i have two apps. But if i cannot turn on per controller, i wanna have only one remote for all. Do you know what i mean? And now i´m searching for a solution or opinions of other people, how they set the system up.

@C-Beats: What do you think is better? A power outlet with app or is there an app i can do that as i described above?

ok. Then it´s a bit tricky. I have tried to make a provisionally picture without transparency or someting. But i dont know how it could look. Wether it makes sense there or maybe at a other place? It should be in a free place.

if i want to bind the combo, BigBox realises no input (Xbox One controller "map" and "menu" button under the xbox "X"). All other buttons can be mapped in BigBox. No i disabled the option in BigBox. Only the Controller is activated. And the DS4Windows software only starts the drivers if i start my PS4 controllers. "No controllers connected" in DS4.

ok thank you. Does anyone recommended a android remote control with Wake on Lan and FireTV support? I have a pulse 8 cec plugin plugged within TV and PC. That´s the next possible solution..

Thank you for your replay. Steam is not open (no autostart, except i wanna run a steam game). DS4 windows and xpadder are open. DS4 only for my two Dualshock controllers and xpadder only to close a game within bigbox (Select+Start pressed at the same time).

If i understand your issue right, you can make a batch file or am i wrong? Here you can start bigbox first and second you can activate the bluetooth adapter and pair automatically (with the controller adress? I'm not sure) while you click the sync button on the controller by starting the machine?

Hey, I wanna start my pc with the "x" button of my xbox one wireless controller (original wireless adapter). Is that possible? I dont find any solution.. WoL works with my phone (but slow), even my mouse can start the pc with a click. The problem is the controller cannot pair without windows isn't it? My specs: Win 10 Msi z390i gaming edge ac motherboard I hope anybody have an idea.

I think it is only in the settings menue while moving. The double input is with d-pad and stick. If i wanna go up, it jumps twice. Is that a bug or how can i solve this problem? I have two xbox one controllers, paired via wireless Adapter. It is only in BigBox.
