  1. The regular import one and it's just called "Arcade". I'll take a video of the process when I get home!
  2. I guess I wasn't clear. I imported first using the Download Metadata, of course. My entire collection. I only went into the Edit Video (Properties) to confirm that the platform, Launchbox DB entry, and so on was correct. I can remove the game and reimport and the same problem happens.
  3. Mostly this happens without any issue and the right gameplay videos download from EmuMovies, no problem. But I noticed that both Contra and B.C. Kid/Bonk's Adventure download the NES gameplay video and not the Arcade gameplay video for the Arcade platform. I've looked at the properties of the game and they're using the correct Launchbox DB entry. All the other meta data is right along with the screenshot, box art, and such. Launchbox will grab the NES video for those two games, though. There may be other games and I'll investigate more in detail later, those are just the two that caught my eye quickly when I was looking through my videos. Deleting and redownloading the videos will still grab the NES gameplay video as opposed to the Arcade video.
  4. I noticed a weird bug with 12.9 release and BigBox that I'm going to try to figure out how to reproduce 100% of the time this weekend. I have two buttons defined as page up and page down. Typically while looking at a game list in BigBox, pressing either pages up or down. But, sometimes after returning from a game, I'll tap page down, and it scrolls UP by ONE game where as it should be scrolling a PAGE DOWN. Page up will also go one game down instead. It's extremely weird. When this occurs, I can navigate to another game list for a different platform and the buttons work normally. If I go back to the platform that had the issue, the buttons are still broken. It makes no sense and has happened to me a few times now. I've been a little busy to note the steps I took to get there, but will be trying this weekend to make it happen again.
  5. This just started happening a few minutes ago. I closed LaunchBox normally and went to relaunch it and now it always pops up the attached error message. BigBox has no such problem, though, and launches fine. Any ideas? I can ignore the error and do stuff inside of LaunchBox otherwise. Not sure HOW MUCH I can do with this error in the background, but I found I didn't have any issue edited some emulator settings without clicking "Close" on the error message. Thanks for any assistance.
  6. Game over screen bug with Launchbox/Bigbox when using RetroArch with non-gl output and a slangp shader. I can reproduce this 100% of the time using the latest Launchbox and latest Retroarch with the mame_libretro core. (I opt to use the MAME core vs. standalone MAME because I prefer the way RetroArch does filters, controls and all my synced settings across cores.) This doesn't matter if you use RetroArch downloaded by Launchbox or an external RetroArch. Steps to reproduce are: 1. Change RetroArch's video output from GL to something else like Vulkan, d3d11, or d3d12. 2. Load a game and apply a shader. Save that shader as a global shader. (Probably works for a game only shader as well.) 3. Quit the game and load any of the majority of 2D arcade titles with the mame_libretro core. Neogeo titles are good or CPS-2 ones. (Strangely, this bug does not apply to 3D games like Tekken Tag, Bloody Roar 2, etc.) 4. Notice how the game starts to load and then shortly after, the Game Over screen pops up before the game has appeared. This behavior is caused by RetroArch behavior, I believe, but probably something Launchbox needs to detect for. If you eyeball the task bar as you load the game, you'll see the RetroArch icon appear, then disappear, then reappear again when the game starts playing. Again, this only happens when output mode is not GL and you're applying a shader at RetroArch startup while utilizing the mame_libretro core. Just wanted to report this! Because it annoys me so much, I went back to gl and using crt-lottes but I'd really love to go back to d3d11 with crt-royale. Thanks for looking into it!
  7. I'm having this issue too. AttractModeMasterVolume is 50 and nothing. Manually scrolling games has sound as usual. No idea what the dealio. Attached is my data directory. Data.zip
