Just tried it in Retroarch and I selected the overlay .cfg file but it won't display. Screw it. I give up. I'm going back to Duckstation. No bezels for me. Oh well.

I don't see "Display Overlay" under On-Screen Display. I'm using the latest version of Duckstation.

Can't get these to display. I put them in the overlays folder. I select one but they don't display, only the game displays like normal.

I downloaded games and their art won't appear. I go to download images and nothing is found. The games are installed but Launchbox cannot download any images. The update metadata thing under Tools doesn't work either.

My SNES box images just disappeared. I had the whole lot set to show the 3D images. Now there are no images, just grey squares for each game. Is there a way to bulk download the images (the bulk edit tool can't do that)? I have the entire NA set so I'm not going through the whole thing one by one. The games are still installed and haven't been moved from their original location. The box art has just vanished. Also, I made a playlist but it's not showing with the platforms and I don't know how to get it to appear since I didn't check the box. I can't make a new one with the same name.

I just started playing the Evangelion game. Unit 01's berserker roar is so much better in the dub (except Netflix, fuck them changing all the voices)

I tried refreshing with F5 and that did nothing. Changing to screenshots or whatever didn't work either.

I just imported a bunch of Dreamcast ROMs (or GDIs or whatever they are). The games are listed under their respective category but the 3D box images won't populate. Just gray squares with the titles underneath. If I check the metadata, there are no images to download. I go to the images list and there's nothing there.

Getting this message when I try to download images for games.

I installed this and selected it from the Options menu under Tools. I then restart LB and nothing is different. The theme will not apply.

It says I'm connected to the database but when I click Add Game it says "Not Connected" and if I hit that it brings up the search bar but always says "Error." Running on the current version of Android on a Galaxy A14 with 5G.

Some of the games don't have a 3D box. How do I make one with the 2D image?

It won't recognize my ROM set. When I try to import it says "The folder does not contain a full MAME ROM set." There are 4 zip files in that folder. I put the ROMs in a Games folder in my LB directory like the video says. If I import the ZIP files individually it just bring up my ZIP file software

So there's no way to have LB launch them?

The games all have BIN files, which sometimes is what you need but there are multiple BIN files. One of my ROMs is X-Men 92. Which file do I select for Launchbox to launch the game?

There's a bunch of images with a game. I want to switch the image that's displayed in my library. How do I do that?

It does show that it's synced with the database but can never find images when I search.

I need a 3D image of the case for the JP-only game Mobile Suit Gundam: Lost War Chronicles. I only have the 2D image.

Boxes and 3D Boxes don't work. They were fine up until now.

This only affects SNES games. LB will not show the boxes, just the grey squares with the titles. Every other platform shows the boxes. This happens with every theme I have installed. Restarting does not help. The games do load, I just cannot see the boxes.

Can you create playlists in Launchbox like on Steam

They didn't change it to give you a certain number of lives or anything so you can just play forever until you beat it. If you lose all your lives it makes no difference because all you do is press Start and you're back to max lives. There is no reason to even play. Maybe have you use real money by buying virtual quarters or something.

I have a game that's not in the meta database so the box is just the title text? How do I import an image into Launchbox to use as the cover?

It works fine now. EDIT: It's slow again. So annoying. I'm on 13.1 beta 2 PC has a Ryzen 7 with an RTX 3070 and 24GB RAM. It's not my machine, maybe it's because this is beta software.
