Tools > Import > Manually add game.
In the Add Game dialog type Clone Hero in the name field and hit the button that says "Search for Metadata". Click on the Launchbox DB dropdown and the meta data will populate.
In the Add Game dialog click "Launching" on the left. In the Application Path field, click the browse button and select your Clone Hero.exe
Finally in the Add Game dialog click "Image" on the left. In the popup, click "Download media" and select which items you'd like.
Finally, Click OK in the Add Game Dialog box. The game will appear under your Windows platform.
