Exact same issue here. Works fine in RetroArch. But TOS file is not found by LB even though it is in the expected folder. Can't map it manually due to the same error message (file in use)

Also facing issue when launching Atari ST games in LB. The TOS is not found by LB even though the file is in the right folder. Games run fine in RetroArch. When trying to map manually the TOS file I then get the following error message:
