  1. Hey community I have a quick question. I have BigBox installed on my PC with my collection on it. I have been fighting with Light Gun games for a whiel and have thought about getting a drive with the games already programmed as well as auto turn on/off scripts for Sinden (which if you have Sinden know this can be a pain). The LG games comes on a drive tied to a pre-installed BigBox instance. What my thought was I could have the BigBox already installed on my PC, and then have the LG game drive on another one. I could then just write a script to switch from BigBox on my PC to run the BigBox.exe (w/ LG) on the new drive. I know what you are thinking, why not just move the games from the LG drive over to your BigBox...I asked and apparently the way the LG drive is set up it has too many scripts which will break if they are moved or if I add additional folders to it.
  2. Awesome thank you. Yes I know about the redundancy but I was having some difficulty with the Sinden Light gun and the games which werent in MAME (MAME was easy to set up). The Coin Ops instance I am running is literally only a sinden light gun package as it has all the games I want outside of MAME preconfigured and everything so it has saved me a lot of time...everything else is straight through launchbox.
  3. When I running Coinops the usual alt F4 script (which I use for my other emulators) does not work when I hit the Esc key. I have a program called Super F4 which does work via the combination of Ctrl + Alt + F4. I have tried looking for a script to put in for my Coinops Emulator to enable/bind those keys to Esc but I have not had much luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
  4. Thanks, I will have to check it out. Like I said I am confident the bezels were applied correctly in Retroarch, just need to understand why they are not showing up in games when I launch them in Launchbox
  5. I have read and followed videos I have seen regarding install and got to the point where I got all the bezels for the platforms I am using Retroarch for extracted via the bezel project tool/.exe. When I go into Launchbox and launch a game the bezels are not showing up. Ive tried researching why as well as looking for a setting or something I might be missing in Launchbox but I am completely stumped.
  6. Looking for some help on how to get bezels put into launchbox for emulators I have which dont go through retroarch. I run a lot of my games through retroarch in launchbox but I also have like PS2, PS3, Atomiswave, Naomi, Sega Model 2 & 3 etc running through their own emulator. I would like to have bezels for these platform/emulators but Ive gone inside each of the emulators and dont see an artwork folder or an option to add them. I also saw a help post/video (I think it was for the bezel project) which said to go to Launchbox/Emulators/"Specific Emulator"/artwork and drop in stuff there. When I followed that path the only Emulator which showed up there was RetroArch, even though I have setup all my emulators in Launchbox...so this doesnt work. Any help would be greatly appreciated. If I need to provide more information please let me know beause I am not sure what other information to give.
  7. Im having some serious issues with the Sinden Light Gun in Mame. Ive read the wiki help and used that to set it all up. The issue I am having is my cross hair appears to be bouncing between from where I am pointing at the screen to the top left border. This rapid bouncing has to be continually happening in milliseconds because it appears as both crosshairs are on the screen at the same time yet I was unable to get a picture of both of them at the same time. I know its not player 2 as both crosshairs are blue
  8. Video I created a while back...its not just for Retropie (just what I called it at the time) as I have it running on my BigBox arcade now. If you like it feel free to DL it: https://forums.launchbox-app.com/files/file/4138-flynns-arcade-tron-startup-video/

  11. um...wow that was super easy. Sorry for the dumb question but many thanks as that solved it
  12. Long time lurker, first time poster so I am sorry if I have posted this in the wrong section but I am definitely new to all of this. My goal is to use specific videos for the platform themes when you are scrolling through the various systems when BigBox first launches. At one point the videos I had were working and then I did something which removed and replaced them. I have tried finding this topic or videos to help but must be doing something or searching for my problem incorrectly. I took a screenshot of where I have the video saved as well as the parth in LB as you can see below (again at one point this was working) Here is another screenshot of what it should look like when I scroll over my Sega AM2 platform in BigBox However when I launch BigBox and scroll to Sega AM2 I get/see this I dont know what setting I changed (though I was messing around with themes and most likely did something there) or how I can force BigBox to use the specific platform theme I want vs one of the themes which comes with BigBox. I even tried going into Launchbox, then tools, the download media and manage platforms to try to force it to the video but none of that worked.
