Yes nothing to do with Launchbox. It's the images it seems to have renamed and if the image is not named the same as the .gam file they will not show. I have actually installed Google drive on my win 10 pc just to see if there is another way to download without zipping but couldn't find a way Another thing you may be able to help with Haggie is how to change the dot matrix panels on the machines back to standard colour. Many of the machines are displaying yellow instead of blue or green. Anyone know what setting? Like this -

So It seems that google drive causing issues with naming when zipping Is there a way to download from google drive without zipping anyone knows. Surely i'm not the only one having this issue? Thanks again

So i've worked out that many of your image names don't match the .gam name such as this 2p Cash Nudger image missing the "Wdx". Strange it works on yours? What would be the quickest way for me to sort as there are hundreds missing. I could add the images one by one but would take some time. Anyone have a solution? Thanks again.

Thank you very much for sharing all your hard work Haggie55. Really appreciate it. I've downloaded your packs but only showing some of the images (see below) Any ideas? I also tried using your .xml file you uploaded a while back but that was worse as your directories are different to mine. Any help much appreciated
