  1. Hello, I am running version 13.12 but I've had this problem for a while. Getting this message even after forcing new login attempt. I am connected to the internet, have opened the Xbox app several times and ran the games. Not sure what else I could do to troubleshoot this. Thank you for your time. PS: I have never gotten this to work btw.
  2. On version 13.11 and issue still hasn't resolved, even after forcing new login attempt.
