would this method work on ubuntu? Windows XP? I have an old (2003) machine that I have been considering putting xp media center on. if that will not work I may go for ubuntu instead. I have a 65 inch LCD samsung tv from 2012 I would connect it to.
I did find that someone made kernel drivers that work with ubuntu for namco guncon3 lightguns. https://github.com/beardypig/guncon3 I am just unsure as to what else I would need for this to work.
