    Just installed updated ADDTOGAMESDB and getting this error, just installed Chrome. Newest Beta Release of LB.

    Unable to access LB Forums via Tapatalk

    Still not able to log in via the Android app as is.  Will try some more trouble shooting.

    Edit: Additional Steps Taken.

    Changed LB Forums password

    Uninstalled Tapatalk, reinstalled.  Did not sign into Tapatalk, loaded LB Forums, attempted to sign in got a error that was just a string of letters and numbers vs. when signed into Tapatalk I will get a unknown network error has occurred.

    Attempted again by signing into my Tapatalk, un-followed LB Forums, re-followed, attempted to sign in and got same error message unknown network error as originally posted.

    Things I could have tried but didn't yet:

    Restart my phone in between each step.

    Attempting on a Android Device that I have not used with Tapatalk before.

    7.11-beta-1 Released

    So far, any of the 3 themes I'd like to use experience the same problem from a cold machine boot...themes: CityHunter, CriticalZone, and Metallic


    I was having some issues but some prior to and after Beta 5, but with other themes so unrelated I guess.

    Metal Slug Playlists [WIP]

    I'm working a playlist video theme for Metal Vinnie's Black Box Collection, but I'd be happy to try making one for Metal Slug once I finish that one. I mocked up a couple of Metal Slug Collection Clear logos, too. If you like one over the other, I could use that one for the video. Or if you like neither, I can come up with something else [emoji3]

    Yeah, I think that can be arranged for the next release.  I'm working on a Big Box-specific view now, so I'll be sure to add that and try to test it by launching Big Box directly.  Usually, whenever I launch BigBox.exe directly, the startup video just loops indefinitely, so that may be an issue with my LB config that I need to figure out too.


    Mine loops as well, from BB directly.

    Metal Slug Playlists [WIP]

    Hello everyone, I have been trying to get these lists completed for a while now.  I had originally posted here in the collection section before the Playlist function was available.  But didn't have everything completed as far as accurate metadata and the games all being in the Games Database.  I have made 3 playlists for Metal Slug as some may not want more than the basic game list for what is out there.  

    The first playlist is called:

    Metal Slug Basic

    Spoiler

    - (12 games) This Playlist includes the original Arcade versions of the games as well as Metal Slug 7, the 1st and 2nd Missions for the Neo Geo Pocket, Metal Slug (3D) for PlayStation 2 and Advanced Metal Slug for Game Boy Advanced.

    The second is called:
    Metal Slug Complete

    - (63 games)This Playlist includes all officially sanctioned Metal Slug games for all "known platforms".

    There are still some Java (Symbian OS) games that I am trying to sort out and verify as well as foreign Android games that I have to add yet.

    Also the official Soundtracks are there.  For completeness I have included games even if they may not be playable via LaunchBox.

    The third is called:

    Metal Slug Complete +

    (WIP - currently 101 games) - This playlist includes all known authorized versions of Metal Slug (specifically if there is a US version that is the only one listed at the moment, if there is not a US version whatever region it does exist for is shown) plus all fan based games including Hacks, Flash, Mugen, Android, and others.  As well as clones or other games that look like and play like Metal Slug.

    I also have been trying to in my spare time (which I don't have a lot of) come up with a worthy playlist image and playlist theme for Metal Slug.  If someone else wanted to, that would be OK and great.

    The Metal Slug Complete + is a work in progress at the moment and will have updates, especially when I am able to add games to the Games DB that currently do not have a approved platform.

    Seems to be taking longer for me as well - edit, I did watch the stream so I realize this is a new feature and may need tweaking or change.

    I just tried this I made a playlist that auto populates from the genre and contains no value (so leave that empty) and it show with the rest of my other playlists, and shows all games with no genre, and since it auto populates, when you give a game a genre it should disappear from the no genre playlist.

    Hello, I am having this issue only with the Fundamental Theme and only on my PC monitor.  I have followed the original suggestions mentioned earlier in this thread from a while ago.  Ensure that the Font included with the them is installed.  And it is still cut off as well. Any suggestions for this.

    Hello, Just tried this out.  And it works fine no issues, I only installed the 64Bit version of VLC and it worked fine.  Only thing as you mentioned if it would be able to run off of the VLC that already comes with LB or the Portable version of VLC would be awesome as well.  Great Plugin :D

    -one other thing BigBox is misspelled in the menu in LB as "BixBox"
