Continuing to ADD systems. All systems shown load/launch via RocketLauncher. Thanks. For the systems withoug boxes/carts.....I am trying to decide if I should use an advert of the system/platform OR a pic of the console as the "default" placeholder until boxes/carts available. Suggestions? Ideas? thanks in advance! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jql5mcK1dDw&feature=youtu.be -

Any 3rd-party applications exist that can add the name of a ROM to a generic looking box/disk/cartridge etc? thanks in advance craig

DOS76 said ok after some brief research I found that this is an old Russian computer. What do you use to emulate it? How many games are there for it? Are any of the games worth playing? I don't have any old computer systems added to Launchbox only Coin-op, Consoles, a few modern PC games and handhelds I'm considering getting into computers next after I finally get my last few consoles completed. I thought I had a lot of systems going on my setup until I saw your list I've never even heard of a lot of the things you got going on there. I think I have about 100 roms. Some are playable. Tetris. Buck Rogers. They kinda look like the games from MIKROSHA (see video below)...but I like collecting odd/rare systems https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2gWlISxg4JQ apogee emulator = universal emulator http://bashkiria-2m.narod.ru/index/files/0-11 alf emulator = universal emulator with ALF addition ALF About the console http://zxbyte.ru/index.php?id=74 <-----right click and translate to english once you are on the page About the games http://zxbyte.ru/index.php?id=75 <-----right click and translate to english once you are on the page but i think i read that MESS handles them now.....but i have not tested...just fyi -

Love this Frontend! Still Working on my Setup! Pretty much launching all systems/platforms via Rocketlauncher....which is super Easy That way can use RocketLauncher's manipulation of bezels, xpadder, etc Would like to use some retroarch but when i go fullscreen i get a horrible flicker...... anyway...here is my setup so far..... https://youtu.be/wefXtzJGCrE -

Rocketlauncher integration, and parent Mame games?
craiganderson replied to rich2k4's topic in Features
garbanzo said RL plays nice with LaunchBox. Just set it up once as an emulator (just the path to the .exe), then set up each system in the lower half of the emulator setup screen. The command line parameters are pretty simple: http://www.rlauncher.com/wiki/index.php?title=RocketLauncher_Command_Line_Parameters Awesome. Can u share a pic of the lower half of the emulator setup? Thanks either way. -craig -
Hello. Any way to winmaximize retroarch? I like that better than full screen. Is there a autohotkey module hidden somewhere that I can tinker with? Thanks
-
Hello. Is there a way to label a pic as "default" so that it will be used as the "front" pic/game box pic should no other pic be assigned to that game? I feel like that would be better than a blank. Just curious. thanks craig

Jason Carr said Welcome, @craiganderson, great to have you here. :) There's currently no FTP, but I can see the possibility of setting that up. The challenge would be preventing people from using it for ROM sharing, though, of course. I do have to be careful about that stuff. I'm pretty excited to hear you're coming from Hyperspin, though, and looking at your website it looks like you have a lot of quality content. We'd definitely love to get some of that integrated with LaunchBox. Thanks for the Welcome! You have created an awesome product! Feel free to take anything you want from my little website. And as I create new stuff more appropriate for LaunchBox (as I learn more) I will be glad to share. I just found this DropBox Link. Are there more links to know about? Especially regarding finding boxes, carts etc? https://www.dropbox.com/sh/48hc6kwirjnksxm/AAC5gZbPUH1ztEK9shWiEqRja?dl=0 thanks again craig

scree said You've got a great emulated collection of vintage machines. My personal favourite is the BBC Microcomputer (I had a Model B back in the day). I'm emulating it using BeebEm 4.14. A couple of old 1980's home computers I didn't see on your list and which may interest you are the Enterprise and the Memotech MTX. I'm emulating these with ep32 and memu. Thanks. I will make a point to add Enterprise and Memotech MTX once I have my LaunchBox up and running. Is there a FTP where people share LaunchBox material (carts, boxes, videos, etc)? thanks craig
