  1. I am bashing my head in the wall over this. I use custom clear logos for my wheel and system menu. For what ever reason since the last few updates so matter what changes I make the default NES LB logo will show in my list despite not being anywhere on my system. To simply things I have made a video to show you what I am talking about. https://youtu.be/iDcFrUMixU0
  2. Yeah it is a really complicated process but that is why we are all here. Regardless the future looks bright which ever direction the database goes. I mainly use the metadata through LB for all the description info and 90% of the time use Circo's images until the LB DB gets fully rolling. I wouldn't mind working on all the Japanese odds and ends entry's. I love the NEC systems which is why I have them all separated or my OCD twitches. The Famicom and Super Famicom really need some love in the image departments.
  3. The only issue I see with this is when two roms from two different folders joined under one database will conflict with one another. How does the system know that Super Mario Bros. 2 Famicom and Super Mario Bros. 2 NES (bad example I know) are different roms, are you using the crc to check against the roms? If so then one database that has the ability to split off is not a bad thing.
  4. I hate the idea of merging systems from different regions. Each system should be treated separate with their own metadata and images. Lumping the PC Engine, PC Engine CD, TG-16, TG-CD and SuperGrafx is a complete nightmare when sorting the game titles and calling back to Emumovies for correct videos. I can assure you that is going to put a lot of people off and keep them away from LB because you are limiting the database. The only way around this is importing your rom folders separate, let it pull down all the meta data from the lumped TurboGrafx 16 or sometimes TurboGrafx-16 folder (it likes to split sometimes) and then going to platform management and rename it to the correct system and do it all again. I have been able to make separate library for all my NEC systems this way and it you prioritize Emumovies over the images it will pull mostly correct data. Now the Nintendo systems are a whole other beast but I wont get into that.
  5. The only feature I am dying for is being able to set a single static background for your game list in each system. It would greatly cut back on media size and not rely using blown up screen shots that make everything look a mess. I love Big Box mode so much but it makes my OCD twitch so bad that I am thinking on removing all screen shots and just going with a blank and boring black background it defaults too.
  6. Credit to gibbawho for the original PSD's. I have over 48 for just about most of the common or popular systems. No I don't take request but if the power's that be wants me to upload them to the official image database I will. The white forum background null's out some of the logo's but they are still there. 7. I noticed that there is not any banners for TurboGrafx CD, PC Engine, PC Engine CD, SuperGrafx, Famicom and Super Famicom systems. This is the first of them to come. I don't like lumping all those systems under one because they are separate systems despite sharing a platform. I took the assets I had and edited the original TurboGrafx 16 and made this. TurboGrafx CD
  8. I noticed that the BigBox mode device backgrounds were pretty much non existent. I took it upon my self to whip it a few quick ones. Full credit goes to gibbawho over at hyperspin forums for making the original PSD's in the universal mega theme. I just altered some of his and moved things around and made an Icon character set of the systems I am using and for future use. Preview of some below. If interested I will upload to what ever official image database LB/BB uses to make it available to everyone. Arcade Atari 2600 Steam PC Engine CD Sega CD Super Nintendo
  9. Anyone having a issue logging into Emumovies through LB? Working in HyperSync and their website but I keep getting sign in errors through LB. I had some issues the other day, but it's working for me now. It gave me problems after I hit my daily.
