Is there a way to edit the image group in Launchbox.? Possibly add back of boxes? Thanks

I converted some Jaguar CDs to CHD. Is there a way to get BigPEmu to recognize the CHD folder? Or stick with CDI, BIN or CUE?

From the drop down menu is there a way to add or remove groups from the menu? For example I would like to add image group for back boxes.
