To add, that controller or any xinput bluetooth controller will not work on Windows 7 natively. Windows 7 simply does not support xinput over bluetooth, so that may be your issue if you are connecting it in xinput mode. There are unofficial drivers on the web to get xinput over bluettoth working on Windows 7, but as i say they are unofficial.

Right click the game, Edit, additional applications tab, click on the version you want, and then click the "make default" game.

Click a game, CTRL A to highlight them all, tools/file management/copy selected games to another folder. You could at that point delete the files in the folder that you imported, then copy the files you just copied back into it, so all the roms you imported are still in that folder but everything else is gone.

Id guess its the -resume, just remove it.
