Ok thanks for the help everyone , i figured out my problem apparently long ago i had installed woot launcher on launchbox and and some how it got enabled and was causing this and some other issues because it was conflicting with my normal launchbox start and pause screen. Delted it and everything is back to normal. Thanks to everyone again!

Tried the stuff under manger Emulators like you said, no luck ,may not of understood what you said to do. Also tried to go back to a previous version I went to the update folder and installed 10 but once it was installed it was a clean version of 10 with nothing in it, was afraid i had lost everything but when closed it and clicked back on launchbox my setup was back but it is still version 11. Also just to try it i went into rocketlauncher and set mame up through it and it worked just fine, so then i went in launchbox and changed default emulator to Rocketlauncher but i still had the same problem as before.

Will try when i get home i didn't know i could roll it back that easy thanks.

No i have tried alt tab and that doesn't do anything still same problem. Whats strange is its been working fine for a long time and i know it fine just a day or so ago. Driving me crazy not sure what could have happened.

MAME has worked just fine for a long time but since i updated to launchbox 11, now when i select a game in mame it loads fine but no controls works(Ipac,keyboard or xbox one controller) and you can see the mouse and looks like something is trying to load. If i hit ctrl alt delete then hit cancel once the options box comes up, mame suddenly works fine, until i exit and try to load another game then right back to the same problem. I checked outside of launchbox and when i run mame there game loads fine and all controls work fine immediately. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Using version .206 by the way Thanks, Jason

I know under emulators you can add a running hotkey script(To set some controls), which work and then when you close the emulator it stops the script. I want to do this for a couple steam games the problem is when you add an ahk file to a single game it doesn't close when you exit the game it just launches before you game and never quits. What do i need to do to make end when the game does? Thanks you fr any help Jason

Yeah it works great like that, i use big picture mode for some other stuff, but i figures out how to use a shortcut to launch into bigbox mode when i need it. Thanks again for all the help!

Looks like if i don't have steam in big picture mode it works fine. Is that how yours is setup?

When i exit the game it goes to steam and then i have to exit steam to get back to Bigbox.

One other quick question for you is there anyway to get Bigbox to either close steam or at least go straight back to the Bigbox menu when you close a steam game. I know i should at least be able to add some kind of ahk file in the game setting but haven't had any luck. Thanks again sorry to bug you.

I have followed the instructions and still when i get to the last screen of import wizard it says your account could not be accessed. My profile is set to public and i have the correct api. The only thing hat could be off is my steam id. When i got to steam and click on my profile instead of the url saying ID it has the word profile. It looks like this. " https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198108798133/" . So maybe the problem is that i'm using the 76561198108798133 as my Steam ID. Any help would be graetly appreciated. Thanks, Jason

AAE has always worked great through my launchbox setup. Went to play it today and now all of a sudden when you exit out of it back to launchbox all the colors are changed and washed out looking even when you exit luanchbox dektop and everything else looks the same and the only way to fix it is to reboot the pc. I haven't made any changes to anything since it was working except update launch box. Any ideas? Thanks, Jason

One other question not that i'm getting all this working i notice that all the systems that use retroarch are stuttering and unplayable since the newest creators update anyone else with this problem.

So Neil9000 your saying i should change the settings on my actual TV that is in my cabinet.

My bad controls seem to be working fine. But i did realize that the display setting i had were there for a reason, when i start launch box its to big for the screen now. At least im headed in the right direction hopefully just a little tweaking. thanks again to everyone

My resolution was suppose to be 1920x1080 but when i checked the my video card setting it was at 1768X992 changes it back and the games launch now, but know when they launch all my controls aren't working no start, coin add and even esc not working, crazy. i have never had problems like this.

I do have the latest direrctX thats one of the first things i checked. Trying to go throughj my nvidia graphics settings right now just seems strange all the other emulators are fine.

Still wont launch with those settings, had to be windowed on the arcade cabinet

It is something to do with the video options i went through the ui and check marked windows mode and it launches now. Now i just need to figure out what setting i need to get back out of windowed mode. I honestly think it may have something to do with that d3d you are talking about because i got some kind of a notice about it. What did you do yo change that back. My roms are stored in the rom folder inside of the mame folder. Looks to be set right and when i move to other computer i dont change path and it works. Also when you click on the mame.exe on the cabinet it doesnt load, but the other computer it loads just fine and you can select a game and it will run. The only thing that will launch on th cabinet is the mameui64.exe but then the roms will not launch.

The UI will load but if you launch a game nothing happens and either closes or crashes the ui not sure which one, but on the other desktop with the excact same files everything works fine. Also it had been working for a long time on mu arcade cabinet then one day went to play and this happened. Strange

No nothing was changed or moved , just after it quit loading I love the whole mame folder to another windows 10 computer that hasn’t been updated in awhile and all worked normally there

Mame has always worked fine for me, hadn't been on my cabinet in a while got on fired up launchbox and suddenly mame wont launch. so i tried outside of launchbox no luck. Doesnt load at all. Transferred the whole mame directory another windows 10 computer and everyting works fine. The 2nd computers windows 10 hasn't been updated in a while so i'm guessing something happend in a windows update. This all happend about 3 months ago. Hoping someone hear might have an idea whats going on. Driving me crazy. PS all my other emulators still work just mame wont load. Thanks
