    Retroarch filters

    I finally decided to use retroarch and its speed and ease of use is incredible but I have questions about what are the best  graphic enhacements  to Sharpen ,Blur, Shaders,  et

    My monitor  is 32' 1360x768 and its 720p

    How do I get it?  I I guess If I want to rename 0 to 99 I have to tell software to remove 2 characters but once I get into the 100's I have to tell the software to remove 3 characters!!!  The roms are not in different folder and they all have the same extension so removing by extention will not work for me.

    I just found a 6,000+ Nintendo DS rom pack but I need to rename since they all have numbers in front of rom name  exp. 0001-Mario, so I was thinking is there a mass file renames where I can remove those numbers in front of roms?

    Final Burn Missing files

    Final Burn alpha worked for me months now not I come back after along pause and try the new version launchbox 7.9 and I get an error from the emulator.  This error only happends when I run the game on launchbox it does not happened when I run without it.. I notice the importing of games works differently where now I can combine all games with similar names into a single file, this is not good cause Arcade games encryption must have the same name from a different region for it to work!!! I also noticed games are divided into different categories I hope because of this reason sets are not been seen by the emulator.

    Help with the Makaron emulator

    After an evil leprechaun go into my pc and formatted where had all my roms  and emulators I also lost Makaron emulator so I need to find a tutorial how to configure.. Mkaron is an older Naomi emulator that uses .dat files

    Where do I add the background music? I do not see a folder where to drop off the file

    Where do I add platform logo? and do they need to be a particular size and name. I want to add alpha burn alpha and the Capcom system 1,2,3

     I do understand that MAME game database is much larger but I hate that I have to guess what game is working or to see that the database has been updated making games unplayable, I want to be able to press a game and play.. I do not like interruptions in my experience by having games that do not work. I played console games with no interruption so that's what I'm looking for. FBA gives me the closet to that even if it does not plays all that games that MAME does at least I can play without the interruptions and that's exactly what I got when I went to the arcades.

    I do not really like the newer MAME I started playing it at MAME 84 but after that I hate how many games were removed, in the other hand Final Burn Alpha gathered great games and now is even doing console games, I would just scrape MAME for system specific games but not as a whole maybe using the filters on mame would give me better result but as of right now I do not like mame.

    I did that before and I ended up with a whole bunch of game that did not played on fba, so that is why I would only import the games that are playable on fba

    I love FBA it plays many good games minus the garbage, the only that I wish it played perfectly is "Mario Bros" that game has no sound.
