[Lauchbox stoped working]

Ok so I have it working again I just downloaded a new version and only copied video folder,themes, and images.. Before I was making a big mess now its working but at this time only using stable version of launchbox not the beta releases!!!  Thanks for your help

What if I download the newest version of launchbox then replaced all of the folders with the old folders? Will that affect launchbox next?  Maybe I should just install the previous version of launchbox then replaced the folders then after Im when Im asked to update to launchbox next then I should do.

The last update caused an error which said launchbox could not be renamed I guess it had something to do with the launchbox next update!!! Now on the launchbox folder there is just launchbox next but it will not open so how do I get launchbox nbext to open without having to reinstall all of my games and media?

[Change default images and video default folder]

I want to know if I can move or have the images folder and video folder from the main launchbox root folder move somewhere else on drive?  What im trying to do is use a RamDisk

software to access the launchbox application Ram disk basic capacity is only about 1gb so I will not be able to use with launchbox.. what the application does is makes any application run much faster video I guess I might also need to move VLC folder.

You must copy the steam user name

Go to tools

Import

Then find steam

Follow the prompts

The only thing that you must enter is your account name

At the moment I was not able to import steam games it seems there is an api issue where sLaunchbox cannot find my account on steam

I hope the issue with api key gets fixed cause I purchase steam games very often and would hate to add the manually, Do launchbox really needs to go to steam to get your library collection? Why not just do it like any other rom? just search your game folder!!! the only reason I see the steam api needed would be to download the webem  videos.

I added this clear logo to my wheel manually since I could not do it through the Launchbox importer. 

to do it manually

Navigate:  C:\YourSteam library\steamapps\common\DRAGON BALL FighterZ   and find the .exe and import the game manually it might have empty fields so you might have to do most of the importing manually

[Steam games not importing]

The steam import app is not working!!! I try importing games and it just hangs in the screen forever, not sure why since it was working without any issues

if you just need to run cryptserver.exe (like double clicking it)  and then you just double click the file 'persona 4 ultimax.exe' , then just have the LB game set for running 'persona 4 ultimax.exe' , then edit the game choosing Additional Applications tab and add cryptserver.exe as a before game app. That would launch cryptserver.exe and then would launch 'persona 4 ultimax.exe'. As long as that's all you need, that should work.

I been using .dat files and to me they run a little better than running with an emulator like mame it does not seem to have to be decrypted as mame is you run them like if you were running a pc game!!!

Thanks!!! I went to mameworld and their stuck kinda suck its probably old.. I would be really nice to use bezels similar to what the game theme videos use for launchbox too bad they are not available for use to use.. I will also go by emu movies to see it there is anything for the games want to add bezels.
