  1. I am trying to change the controls for Atari 2600 in Retroarch to keyboard since I have a keyboard based arcade controller. In "Input User 1 Binds" I can assign the keys but it doesn't work in the game.
  2. Hey that did it! Deleted the default.cfg, restarted and it works perfectly now. Thank you guys very much!
  3. Hi all, I just downloaded BigBox and am working on getting Mame going properly. When I hit Tab to configure Mame controls, under General the commands for player 1 are grayed out. But I can configure them for each individual game. Any idea what's up with that? I don't think it's relevant but I'm using this controller: http://www.recroommasters.com/Xtension_Two_Player_Control_Board_Emulator_Edition_p/rm-xt-sd-board-ee.htm
  4. Thanks for that keltoigael! I'm about to try New Retro Big Box. Definitely want to try Nostalgia when it's ready. Yes, that Hyperspin arcade feel truly is awesome. I'm playing on an arcade cab so that's what I was shooting for. Thanks again!
  5. Hi all, Recent convert to BigBox after struggling with Hyperspin for a couple of years. Absolutely love it so far! Looking for a theme as similar to Hyperspin as possible. I love the wheel system, logos and videos in Hyperspin. Really catchy and a pleasure to navigate. It's just that Hyperspin is a real pain for setup and configuration. Thanks in advance and long live BigBox!
  6. Oh man that is great to hear! Maybe I was reading old info..?? Is it difficult to assign those paths? Also, do you recommend putting the games with higher processing needs in the internal drive where LB is? Feeling much better- thank you D0S76!
  7. Hi all, I'm new to Launchbox but after reading up on it and watching videos, I decided to leave HyperPiePC and went ahead and purchased BigBox. If I understand correctly, Launchbox requires roms to be in Launchbox folder and they can't be located outside that or not without great difficulty. Is this something that will be addressed anytime soon? I ask because I have two external drives with games. I would prefer to leave the games that don't require much processing speed on those and just have high demand games like DC, PS2 and so forth on internal drive. Thinking about getting an internal 8TB SATA III drive and just having everything there if it looks like rom paths are going to be trouble. That may be the easiest solution. Opinions?
