  1. I suppose it is related to the input hardware or to some bug that runs somewhere. I attached two arcade stick selfmade. They are in the same usb port since i started the project. Windows recognize them perfectly and theay have always worked fine. If the issue appears, i get out from bigbox and i test them on windows the test is perfect, if i run bigbox again and try to start the emulator that didn't worked it doesn't work again. If i turn off the system or restart it and run bigbox everything's perfect. Incredible......!!! Don't know where the problem should be.....!
  2. Hi guys, i thought to see the goal but it seems the problems never end. Finished placing all emulators, roms, isos, ahk, joytokey, everything at his place and i'm on testing before to mount everything on my cabinet. Something incredible happens..... i test bigbox opening various roms and isos from various emulators. Everything's fine until at a same point some emulator doesn't work anymore with controller input.....!!!!!! Not after the same time, non after doing the same operation, just sometimes but often. And not all the emulators, just someone!!! I really don't undestand why? does anyone have some suggestion about it...? Frontend: Bigbox. Emulators: Mame64, fceux, pinball fx2, snes9x, project64, model2emulator, epsxe, kega fusion, demul, dolphin, visualboyadvance, retroarch, pce, ppsspp. In backroud running: ahk script file from document folder with buttons input hotkey to esc/close the emulators and exit bigbox/shutdown windows, and joytokey for pinball fx2 controller mapping. The issue exist both in bigbox than in launchbox. Please, help, i thought to be at the end........
  3. thanks for the answer, i feel just a little better, it means it's not my fault.... :-) i will probably do multiple emulators configurations for every selection of games that works the same way
  4. i'm really going out of mind.... p64 works better for arcade stick config and some game but with one video plugin for some and the other one for others, m64p works better with other games. star wars rogue squadron doesn't run good with any configuration i tried in both the emulators. i have the cabinet almost ready, the last console to set up is just n64, really don't know how get out of this problem to make all n64 game works fine on my cabinet...... any suggestion guys?
  5. thank you for answering. i'll follow your suggestion and try mupen64plus. thank you.
  6. I found it on google and tryed yet before to post but it doesn't work. If i remove the written inside the quotes and save the file you can't select anymore that language in the p64 language menù, it disappears. Treid even whit the time options for the other plugin but they were unchecked yet..... thanks however for the answer.
  7. thank you for answering, those options doesn't solve the problme, i've yet tried all of them. however thanks
  8. Hi guys, it will be certainly easy but i'm crashing the head on the floor. Does anyone knows how to remove the written "Emulation started" and the blue box with the clock when i load a rom with Project64? I couldn't find an option for that. Thank you :-)
  9. yesssssssssssssssss ! it works !!! thanks a lot! didn't know this thing, very grateful!
  10. I didn't understand what you ment, explain to a dumb what should i do please :-). the ahk file is in the document folder and at windows start launchbox/autohotkey/autohotkey.exe is runned so the script starts.
  11. it doesn't solve the problem that the script works just for the first time demul is runned. thanks for the help however
  12. tried, good idea but remains the problem that it works just for the first time that the frontend launch demul. there's something wrong in the first part of the script or something else to add. I have to make it works everytime the bigbox launch demul.
  13. Hi guys, I've got a problem with demul launching it from bigbox. Even if i set i to fullscreen mode the file/config bar and the mouse cursor remain visible. The only way to hide them is pressing alt+enter. I'm building the cabinet so i cannot press them when it's done. The only way the i found is to write a script with autohotkey and is the following: WinWait, ahk_exe demul.exe WinActivate, ahk_exe demul.exe Sleep, 3000 SendInput, !{Enter} It works fine, the only problem is that i can use it just for one time. If i esc a dreamcast game and enter to one other it doesn't work anymore. Does anyone knows what's wrong in this code....? Thanks for help.
  14. Almost that, I was able to make this but i wanted to jump even the windows logo screen and the welcome screen (with user name). I didn't find anything about that anywhere and tried two thousands ways. However, thanks for the advice.
  15. Hi everyone, my cabinet is almost ready with launchbox perfecly operating, i'm excited! I have something to make a little better after all. In this case i would remove all the windows 10 screens before the desktop one (the logo screen, the blue screen and the welcome user screen). I'm crushing my head along all the web but didn't find nothing that does exactly what i want. It seems win10 is very hard to completely hide. Any suggestion? Thank you guys!
  16. hi, same issue guys, any help about that? i configured pinball fx2 and imported all the tables but when i start them it starts with the main screen of pinball fx2, not with the table. How can i run the table directly? help please....
  17. Thank you very much, you have been very helpful, problem solved! I used an .ahk script and it seems to work fine. Thank you very much. If anyone have this problem the script is: joy7:: if GetKeyState("joy8") if GetKeyState("joy9") if GetKeyState("joy10") Goto, PowerOff return joy8:: if GetKeyState("joy7") if GetKeyState("joy9") if GetKeyState("joy10") Goto, PowerOff return joy9:: if GetKeyState("joy8") if GetKeyState("joy7") if GetKeyState("joy10") Goto, PowerOff return joy10:: if GetKeyState("joy8") if GetKeyState("joy9") if GetKeyState("joy7") Goto, PowerOff return PowerOff: { Process, Exist, Bigbox.exe If ErrorLevel <> 0 Process, Close, Bigbox.exe Shutdown, 1 } where joy 7,8,9 and 10 are the buttons to press on the controller simultaneously. I found the inspiration for this script in another post in this forum. You're great guys!
  18. hello, i have your same issue, have you solved it? how? i'm going crazy! if you did, treat me like a dumb, please explain me how.... :-)
  19. Hello everyone, from Italy, so sorry for my english. It's hard to find a solution about that i suppose, i'll try to explain the best as i can what is my question. I would like that windows automatically shutdown when i esc from big box. I know that there is this command in the big box options but is not settable on the controller and i have setted big box that when it starts is not possibile to reach the options menu (i'm placing the cabinet in a shop, so whos playing have not to touch any option absolutely). On the controller i can set the exit command but not the windows shutdown, it is only on the options menu and not settable on the controller. So the question is..... is that a way to set the shutdown command on the controller? Or how can i tell windows to shutdown when i esc from big box? Thank you guys!
