Spying TV Visio was slapped with 2 Class-Action Lawsuits this month regarding the allegations. Here's part of one of 'em:

No, not near that bad. I believe they were 'selling' your specific watching habits (for marketing purposes, no doubt) to 3rd-Party folks without asking your permission, etc. P.S. Guess I'm subliminally being brain-washed by the Media (and meteorologists). Crap. My 'headline' implied things were a lot worse than they were. Sorry!
