DOS76
I just read an article about Lakka which was pretty intriguing as I have an old Acer netbook laying around without any operating system installed on it. I was thinking I may install Lakka and give it a try on the laptop which isn't very powerful but I'm sure it can handle simple emulation. Anyone have any experience with it that could offer any advice.
CADScott
I tried Lakka on my arcade cabinet a few months ago, which uses standard PC hardware. Ran OK, but a lot of frustrations with metadata scraping and issues due to being a linux system, required too much work to get it working for a windows person like me. Ended up going back to BigBox. DOS76
I got Lakka up and running on an old Acer Aspire laptop that I had laying around. I'm running it live from a USB drive so far for some reason I can't get it to boot after installing but the live boot works fine.
