Option to ignore leading "The"

I know I can manually enter a sort title to accomplish this, but it could be a simple checkbox and the program could ignore "The " when sorting. It would save a lot of extra work on our part :)

Good point @garbanzo. I remember this from way back but somehow it slipped between the cracks. I'll get it on the list. :)
