TheSickness
Hey guys, I have been unable to get my Xbox One controller to work with BigBox. I had a 360 controller configured before I attempted to use the One controller. I've tried disconnecting the 360 receiver entirely and changing usb ports and selecting "all controllers" within BigBox. When I go into the BigBox controller settings, the controller does not show up at all. The controller works fine in Steam and other applications. I'm running Windows 10. Not supported yet? Jason Carr
Hi @TheSickness, sounds like it's time for me to pick up an Xbox One controller. I haven't tried it. It doesn't really make any sense why it wouldn't work, but of course I'll need to be able to try it to be able to fix anything. I'll order one tonight. TheSickness
Thanks Jason, I was thinking the same thing, I don't know why the 360 controller works fine and this doesn't. Both are xinput obviously. Anyway, much appreciated and let me know what you find :)
Jason Carr
Weird, this is because the new Xbox One controllers show up as "First Person" controllers instead of "Gamepads" or "Joysticks". So weird. Anyways, it's an easy fix in that regard, but I'm also noticing that the controllers have a new configuration which messes with the trigger scrolling in LaunchBox, so I still have to tackle that. I should have a new beta out over the weekend that addresses it. :)
