jammer241 Posted December 20, 2015 Author Share Posted December 20, 2015 I purchased a premium account got the e-mail saying to drop the file into the launch-box app I have done so ran the program but does not allow me into the big box or even acknowledge me as premium? Did a quick search on the forums but did not find anything related to the issue. Am I missing something? thanks in advance Solved, seems i had a file with the name for a differn't program in my download folder so it named it copy didn't notice of course until after I posted.
