Is there a way to "hide" certain systems in Big Box?

Basically I have some systems like Amiga and ZX Spectrum that have thousands of PC style games that I want in LB but not BB (because I use BB with a controller). Is there a way to do this? Thank you!

You can select all the games of the system in LaunchBox and do a bulk edit to hide them, and then in Big Box make sure you uncheck show hidden games in the settings and that system will no longer appear. Also, in LaunchBox make sure you check to show hidden games so you can see them there!
