scottvf
Wondering if you can have more then 1 install. I currently have 1 installed for use with the big box with games that use a controller. I have games that don't use a controller (like Pillars of Eternity) that I don't put in because I use big box just with a controller. I wanted to have another launchbox that just has games that use keyboard and mouse. So if I can use 2 different launchbox which would be the best way to do it. I currently have launchbox installed to my D: drive and want a second one on my J: drive. I don't know if the installer writes anything to windows reg that tells windows where stuff is located so I don't know if it's possible. If launchbox installer just copies the files to where you tell it to install and nothing else then I could probably do it.
orac31
I think lb is contained in itself that's why its portable as long as none of the emulators are in the system you should be ok
DOS76
You can have as many installs of LB as you want you can even have them on the same drive you would just have to amend the folder name ie LaunchBox [keyboard Mouse] if you ever wanted to set up an install that may have the same systems but you want different setups for some reason or what ever you can even have the separate versions share media resources by changing your folder paths in the 2nd install to match the 1st thus eliminating redundant data storage needs. LaunchBox is designed so you can't run multiple instances at once just so you know in advance.
