How to add Taito Type X Rocketlauncher

I got it working! Only problem is that after exiting the game (with my usual Escape key), which also exits Rocketlauncher as expected, I come back to LB with no mouse pointer and only way I can get out of this is to use the keyboard to logoff Win 10 and then log back in. Ugh. I assume Rocketlauncher did something with the mouse and did not restore it. But I don't have that problem if I run the Taito Type X games from Hyperspin. Hmm.

Anyway, I setup LB like this:

- add a game with lower right + Add button.

- for rom file field, browser to the game's batch file

- for emulator, choose Rocketlauncher and set the same default command line parameter in associated platforms as i have for other platforms that go through RL

Seems things might be ok. Same issue launching SFIV directly from RL. So maybe I just need to figure out what this particular game is doing on my Win 10 PC. I do see every time I run it that the Windows app compatibility popup comes up asking about allowing changes on startup and exit. Might be related.

So I think my LB setup is actually correct and that was pretty easy to do.
