Is There a Consensus on What to Do When a Game Has Multiple Covers?

What are we supposed to do with Platinum Hits/Nintendo Selects/Greatest Hits alternate covers? If we upload them as a front cover, they'll probably replace the existing cover, right? Shouldn't we have both?

 

Also, I'm noticing that the database is riddled with "Only for... SYSTEM" games that aren't actually exclusives. For most of these games I even own the originals and can see that the covers do not contain an exclusive message. Most of these are media tie-in games, like Tarzan and Chicken Little.

Just add the image separately, the database supports multiple images for the same category. As long as they're both high enough resolution, both should be kept around (for example, Metroid for NES has two very different official boxes)
