Maybe by using your metadata xml file, if I am not wrong that file contains every database entry and it updates daily by itself (i am not sure about that)

But if you are looking for an automated way to do this I highly doubt there is one.

See above comment. Closing thread. Audit function could also be used to compare vs the DB XML.
