Launchbox 6.12 hangs on "Populating Games...

Title pretty much says it all. It just started today for the first time. Launchbox just hangs at populating games and goes not responding in task manager and eventually I have to kill the process. This is on a core-i7 Skylake, SSD, 32 GB of RAM machine. 

Any suggestions?

Go in to your LaunchBox Data folder, backup the Settings.xml and remove the original. Start up LB and it should reset all of your settings in LB, but it will let us know if it's a setting issue or a potential XML corruption issue, or something else.
