View artwork full screen

In the Launchbox options menu there is an option to always go fullscreen when viewing images. The images themselves however appear to be shown at their native resolution so can be quite small on a high res monitor. Is there an option to get Launchbox to stretch these images to fill the screen? If not then this would be great, so that I can read the text on the images properly
