If I fullscreen then exit via ALT+4 or Task Manager it works and I am back to Big Box, BUT this is where my issue lays. When I start ANOTHER game and exit with controller automation it returns back to the windowed mode.
SentaiBrad Posted December 24, 2016 Posted December 24, 2016 It's because it is more or less using "escape" as the button to close. In most emulators this is totally fine, however, in some it's not. In this case, a task kill command is probably what's going to need to be used in the Custom AHK Script area when you edit your VBA-M entry. I don't know if mGBA has that quirk, and I would easily call that one of the best GBA emulators. There is also the RetroArch route, and using VBA-M or the mGBA cores. Default Controller Automation works in RA, but you will need that extra script. 1

I've been working on my LB for 2 weeks now and one of my final issues was getting my VBA-M to work. i can't believe I didn't think about using the Custom AHK script. I just changed my Fullscreen to ALT+ENTER and my exit as ESCAPE and everything worked out perfectly.
