Bigbox Startup playing twice

I have a custom video that has been working fine for months (Video Length is 10 secs). the last few weeks my video now plays twice. I have checked my minimum startup video duration [6-8sec] and tried to change it but it dont seem to be changing anything. 

Anyone else had this issue?

BigBox is taking twice as long to start now so the video is looping

I have the same problem only mine is a 17 sec video and it is playing 3 times and part of the 4th loop. I hope this changes soon. I like the start up video, but not 3x much!!!!

Thanks Dos76..  I edited my video from 10 sec to 17 sec and it's now fine.
