Different titles same game across regions question

Are you guys looking for contributions of all game titles across each region.  Should there be an entry for Kid Dracula (US) AND Akumajou Special (JP).  Same exact game as far as I know but different title.

Akumajou Special should be added as an alternative title to Kid Dracula assuming they are the same game (I don't know if they are I'm just going off of the info you provided)
