Exiting emulator using controller

I've seen people talk about doing this before how can I exit an emulator that I would normally press the esc key to exit using my 360 controller?

You go in to the LB or BB options menu and set Controller Automation (Just Automation in LB). The feature requires LaunchBox Premium.
