Retroarch 1.5 Remap button for Core

I have always used a single configuration for all back-up CORE in my bartop, but only with regard to SEGA Genesis, I feel the need to change the button setting.

With the change of backward versions, you have also changed how to remake the buttons (at least it looks like this)

With version 1.5, what is the correct procedure for changing keyboard layout with Genesis Core (or anything else), then can you use it by booting everything from launchbox?
