Do we have a real Zapper USB compatible with these emulators?

Old school light guns do not work on a modern display, they simply don't work with them.

You may be able to get one to work with an NES to USB adapter on a CRT though I can't say for sure though.

The only option on a modern display would something like an Aimtrak gun https://www.ultimarc.com/aimtrak.html which works much like a Wii mote in that it uses a sensor. The emulator also needs to support mouse control for lightgun games.

Yeah they aren't cheap but you can replicate it with a Nintendo Wii mote set for Dolphin games and that is somewhat cheaper, just not as good looking.

Wiimote work for Mame and PuNes or Mazen Retroarch too ?

Going by what I have read yes for Mame, Retroarch as long as the core supports mouse for lightgun games (Genesis GX does). For Mesen and puNES I don't know but if they support mouse for lightgun then yes.

Basically you are just using it as a mouse.
